Maria Cristiana Gambarota is the owner and founder of the firm Gambarota Studiolex located in Rome and Bologna.

 

Ms. Gambarota graduated with high honors in Law from La Sapienza University in Rome. Her thesis on civil law was discussed with Prof. Natalino Irti. She is admitted to the Italian Bar and is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court.

 

Over the course of twenty years, Ms. Gambarota has become specialized in matters of civil law, including, Matrimonial and Family Patrimony Law, Paternity Recognition, Inheritance and, above all, is an expert forerunner in Minor Law, Adoptions and Kidnapping.

 

Ms. Gambarota is a member of numerous associations, including,

l’ A.I.E.P.A.F., l’ ANFI, la F.I.A.. Moreover, she collaborates with the National Observatory Association on Family Law. She is also founding partner of the O.D.P.F.- Obiettivo Diritti delle Persone nella Famiglia and part of the Attorneys Network appointed by the International Law of Person in London.

 

Ms. Gambarota is the author of numerous publications on Family and Justice; Family and Inheritance, Utet Giuridica, Theory and Practice of the Law, Family Law, Giuffrè Ed., Iustitia, Questions on Family Law and Maggioli.

 

She is frequently asked to speak at numerous conferences both in Italy and abroad.
